Ensuring QUality is Fundamental to our Business

Our quality process starts with a customer order. The process is as follows:

• We ensure that every customer order is properly tracked so that the correct quantity of the correct parts is delivered on time.
• Our engineering staff creates manufacturing Process Sheets from customer drawings and specifications.
• We use modern production equipment and processes to help ensure production of high quality products. Our experienced manufacturing team members use the Process Sheet to ensure that in-process measurements and checks are made. Any non-conforming part is identified and segregated for analysis and disposition.
• We inspect any materials, parts and processes that we purchase.
• Final quality inspections are made just before customer parts are packaged for delivery. Parts are packaged and shipped per our customer requirements.
• Should our customer have an issue with our products or services, our staff provides a prompt, professional resolution.
